“In the space between who you are and who you’re becoming, we uncover your story, your strength, and your next step toward lasting change.”
Hello, I’m Lauren.
You don’t have to be in crisis to want more ease, confidence, and balance in your life. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, overwhelm, and the pressure always to be “okay.” For some, that heaviness shows up as anxiety, struggles with food and body image, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to hold everything together.
Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
I support children, adults, couples, and families in understanding and shifting patterns related to anxiety, disordered eating, body image, depression, and attachment wounds so that they can build more compassionate and balanced relationships with themselves and others.
How Can I Help
Many of the challenges we experience are shaped by earlier life experiences and the ways we learned to cope.
Over time, these patterns can show up as:
I help clients better understand these patterns while building a more supportive and trusting relationship with themselves.
When working with children and families, I consider the broader relational context, supporting both the individual and the connections around them.
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and practical change.
Sessions combine meaningful conversation with tools and strategies that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and behavioural change. I draw from a range of approaches, including cognitive, emotional, and body-based methods, adapting therapy to meet your individual needs.
The focus is on helping you feel more connected, balanced, and able to navigate challenges with greater ease.

A Final Note
You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to seek support. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
If you’re ready to make meaningful changes, I would be happy to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.
Outside of Therapy
Outside of the therapy room, I value balance and connection, whether that’s spending time with loved ones, exploring new places with a coffee in hand, or enjoying a quiet walk outdoors.
