Our group programs are thoughtfully designed to provide a structured, supportive, and clinically informed therapeutic experience for individuals seeking deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
Each program runs over 8 weeks in a closed-group format, allowing participants to build safety, connection, and continuity throughout the process. Sessions are held weekly for 2 hours and combine trauma-informed psychoeducation, guided discussion, experiential exercises, and practical tools to support insight, nervous system regulation, and lasting change.
Programs are intentionally kept small to foster safety, connection, and meaningful therapeutic engagement. This intimate format allows participants to feel seen, supported, and understood while benefiting from shared learning and shared community.
The investment for each 8-week group program is $125 per session, for a total of $1,000. Full payment is required at registration to secure your space.
Our current programes are full, and the next cohort will begin in October 2026.
Due to the intimate nature of this work, spaces are limited to support safety, connection, and meaningful therapeutic growth.

Many symptoms that emerge in adulthood, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, panic, shutdown, or relationship difficulties, often have roots much deeper than people realise. This program is designed to help participants understand how trauma, chronic stress, attachment experiences, and nervous system dysregulation shape thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. Participants will learn how survival patterns develop, why symptoms do not come out of nowhere, and how healing becomes possible through awareness, regulation, and nervous system safety. Ideal for individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck.

Anxiety and panic attacks rarely come out of nowhere. They often develop over time through chronic stress, nervous system sensitisation, unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, and long-standing patterns of hypervigilance. This program helps participants understand anxiety through both psychological and nervous-system lenses. Participants will learn why the brain and body remain stuck in survival mode, how panic develops, and practical tools to create greater safety, regulation, and resilience. This program is ideal for those struggling with chronic anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, health anxiety, or persistent overwhelm.

Relationships often suffer when trauma, attachment wounds, nervous system dysregulation, or unhealed emotional injuries are driving conflict beneath the surface. This program is designed for couples who want to better understand the underlying patterns shaping their relationship and learn healthier ways to connect, communicate, and repair. Couples will gain insight into conflict cycles, attachment needs, emotional triggers, nervous system responses, and the impact of past experiences on present-day relationships. Ideal for couples navigating disconnection, conflict, emotional distance, trust issues, or recurring patterns that feel difficult to change.

In addition to our therapeutic programes, we also offer educational workshops and masterclasses focused on understanding human development, trauma, mental health, relationships, and healing.
These workshops are designed for individuals, couples, parents, and professionals seeking deeper insight into the psychological and developmental factors that shape human behaviour. Topics may include trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, nervous system functioning, generational trauma, parenting, and relationships. These offerings are ideal for those who value education, self-awareness, and personal growth.
