Our therapeutic group programmes are carefully designed to provide a structured, supportive, and clinically informed therapeutic experience for individuals seeking deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
Each programme is delivered online and runs over eight weeks in a closed-group format, allowing participants to develop a sense of safety, connection, and continuity throughout the therapeutic process. Sessions are held weekly for two hours and combine trauma-informed psychoeducation, guided discussion, experiential exercises, and practical tools to promote insight, nervous system regulation, and lasting change.
Programmes are intentionally kept small to foster safety, connection, and meaningful therapeutic engagement. This intimate setting helps participants feel seen, supported, and understood while also benefiting from shared learning, mutual encouragement, and a sense of community.
The investment for each eight-week group programme is $1,000, payable in full upon registration to secure your place. This includes eight weekly two-hour therapeutic sessions at $125 per 2-hour session.
Our group programmes run throughout the year, with registration opening for upcoming cohorts as spaces become available.

Many symptoms that emerge in adulthood, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, panic, shutdown, or relationship difficulties, often have roots far deeper than people realise. This programme is designed to help participants understand how trauma, chronic stress, attachment experiences, and nervous system dysregulation shape thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. Participants will learn how survival patterns develop, why symptoms do not emerge out of nowhere, and how healing becomes possible through greater awareness, nervous system regulation, and the experience of safety.
This programme is well suited to individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck.

Anxiety and panic attacks rarely emerge out of nowhere. They often develop over time through chronic stress, nervous system sensitisation, unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, and long-standing patterns of hypervigilance. This programme helps participants understand anxiety from both psychological and nervous-system perspectives. Participants will learn why the brain and body remain stuck in survival mode, how anxiety and panic develop, and practical strategies to cultivate greater safety, regulation, and resilience.
This programme is well suited to individuals experiencing chronic anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, health anxiety, or persistent feelings of overwhelm.

Relationships often struggle when trauma, attachment wounds, nervous system dysregulation, or unresolved emotional injuries are driving conflict beneath the surface. This programme is designed to help couples better understand the underlying patterns shaping their relationship and develop healthier ways of connecting, communicating, and repairing after conflict. Couples will gain insight into recurring conflict cycles, attachment needs, emotional triggers, nervous system responses, and the impact of past experiences on present-day relationships.
This programme is well suited to couples experiencing disconnection, ongoing conflict, emotional distance, trust difficulties, or recurring relationship patterns that feel difficult to change.

Chronic pain is influenced by far more than physical injury alone. For many individuals, ongoing pain is shaped by the complex interaction between the brain, nervous system, emotions, stress, trauma, and learned protective responses. Based on the Unlearn Your Pain approach and current pain science, this programme helps participants understand how persistent pain develops and why it can continue even after tissues have healed. Participants will learn practical strategies to calm the nervous system, reduce fear, increase confidence in movement, and support the brain's capacity to create new patterns associated with safety and recovery.
This programme is well suited to individuals living with persistent pain conditions, medically unexplained pain, fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal pain, or pain that continues despite medical treatment.

In addition to our therapeutic group programmes, we offer a range of educational workshops and masterclasses designed to deepen understanding of human development, trauma, mental health, relationships, and the healing process.
These educational experiences are designed for individuals, couples, parents, and professionals seeking greater insight into the psychological, developmental, and relational factors that shape human behaviour. Topics may include attachment, trauma, emotional regulation, nervous system functioning, generational trauma, parenting, relationships, and psychological wellbeing. Whether you are seeking personal growth or wishing to expand your professional knowledge, these workshops provide practical, evidence-informed learning you can apply in everyday life.
