Providing counselling psychology and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, in-person and online.
"Guided by a passion for understanding the human mind, we delve into the complexities of your inner world, uncovering insight, fostering growth, and helping you reconnect with your authentic self."
I’m Roger; I'm currently completing my master’s degree in counselling psychology and interning as a student therapist, bringing with me a strong academic foundation in psychology. During my academic studies, I completed elective coursework in school counselling and adolescent development, which strengthened my interest in working with teens and young adults. I also had the opportunity to conduct independent research in emotional intelligence, deepening my understanding of how our inner world shapes the way we move through life. This curiosity about how people think, feel, and relate continues to guide my work with clients today.
I am genuinely passionate about supporting people through the challenges life brings, including depression, anxiety, identity struggles, and concerns around self-esteem. My goal is to create a warm, grounded space where you can show up as you are, without judgement, pressure, or expectation. I believe therapy should feel supportive and manageable, and that healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming to be meaningful.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and practical. I draw from narrative therapy (NT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), helping clients build self-awareness and develop usable tools that support everyday life. I believe every person’s story matters, and I see therapy as a space where you can explore, reframe, and reclaim the parts of your story that have felt heavy or limiting.
I currently offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with fees set on a sliding scale to ensure therapy remains accessible and responsive to varying financial situations. I also hold limited pro bono spaces for individuals facing significant financial barriers. At the heart of my work is a commitment to walking alongside you as you move toward clarity, resilience, and a more grounded sense of self.
